Terms of Service

Nails By Keylin provides professional nail care and beauty services including but not limited to acrylic nails, gel nails, nail art, nail removal, eyebrow waxing, and related add-on services. All services are performed by trained professionals and are subject to availability.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to health and safety concerns, aggressive or inappropriate behavior, or failure to comply with our policies. Refusal of service does not entitle the client to a refund of any deposit paid.

Service results may vary based on the natural condition of your nails, skin type, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

All appointments must be booked in advance through our website or by direct arrangement. Booking confirmation is subject to our acceptance and is not guaranteed until you receive a written confirmation from us.

We require a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellation or rescheduling request. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice, or failure to appear for a scheduled appointment (no-show), will result in forfeiture of the full deposit paid.

Clients who accumulate two or more no-shows or late cancellations may be required to prepay the full service cost in advance for future appointments, at our sole discretion.

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments due to illness, emergency, or circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer a full refund of any deposit paid or an alternative appointment time.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be clearly disclosed at the time of booking. Deposits are applied toward the total cost of your service.

Deposits are non-refundable for late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) and no-shows. If you cancel with at least 24 hours' notice, your deposit may be transferred to a rescheduled appointment within 30 days, at our discretion.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable deposit or service fee. You agree to Stripe's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in connection with payment processing.

All prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price quoted at the time of booking will be honored for that specific appointment. Additional charges may apply for services added or modified during the appointment, and we will communicate any such changes before proceeding.

You are solely responsible for disclosing all known allergies, skin conditions, nail conditions, medical conditions, medications, or other health information that may affect the safety or suitability of any service. Failure to disclose relevant health information releases Nails By Keylin from all liability for any resulting adverse reactions, injuries, or complications.

By proceeding with a service, you confirm that you are not aware of any contraindications that would make the service unsafe for you, or that you have consulted a qualified healthcare professional and received clearance.

We follow strict sanitation, sterilization, and hygiene protocols in compliance with applicable state and local cosmetology regulations. All tools are sanitized or replaced between clients.

Clients who arrive with signs of nail fungus, open wounds, active skin infections, or other conditions that may pose a health risk to themselves or our staff may be refused service for safety reasons.

You acknowledge that nail and beauty services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to skin irritation, allergic reactions, nail damage, or discomfort. By booking and receiving services, you voluntarily assume all such risks.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Nails By Keylin, its owner, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the services provided or the use of this website, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin reactions, nail damage, personal injury, or loss of property.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from the services provided shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
